Sessions

Our collaborative healing process  is anchored in love, compassion, and being present to the moment.
In my observation and experience we are all the same one life force energy, uniquely expressed as individual beings in human form.

To every session I bring a unique blending of life experience and healing techniques, grounded in guided intuition. My "tool kit" includes Biodynamic Craniosacral Balancing, various Energy Medicine therapies and the use of Colorpuncture Light.


Together we re-create a state of harmony and balance as we help resolve energies that are stagnant, boost and strengthen those that are weak, and disperse or sedate those that are excessive.  We invite adjustment of any needed spinal misalignment.

Typical Distance Session

We begin with a 5-10 min call on WhatsApp or FT for you to tell me briefly about your current issues, in the present moment. Then we disengage from being online.

 

You get comfortable, sitting or lying down... and together we begin your healing journey as we meet in an energy field of mutual intention for healing.

 

This process is exactly the same whether we are 2 feet or 2 continents away from each other! I "feel" and sense you and your body exactly the same, wherever you may be physically during the session.

NO need for you to “do” anything except be available for the process.
NO need to remember or re-live disturbing experiences.
Your body chooses what and how to let go, safely and gently!

As we connect soul to soul, I become aware of physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual aspects of your being, from a clear sensing deep within my body.

I hold a loving intention for the healing you are ready to do in this moment, while offering specific invitations, support and life force energy for your self-healing process.

The Process

I connect with you energetically and we begin by inviting your body to relax.  Typically, your nervous system responds by following my energy as it drops deeper and deeper into stillness.  In my observation, this is where healing naturally originates.

Silently, we encourage the release of held emotional stress and outdated limiting beliefs and opinions.  This invitation provides support to let go of unexpressed, repressed feelings and memories that your body no longer needs or wants to hold onto. 

These may include fear, grief, sadness, anger, helplessness, panic, guilt, abandonment, etc.   
Old and current! 

This clearing out generally continues painlessly, usually unnoticed, throughout the session. 
No need to re-experience, re-live or know anything about the root cause of the trauma. 

Clients tell me the outcome is a comfortable feeling of lightness.

All of this engages your body's innate wisdom to select and present its most critical issues for attention and what is needed for resolution and well-being.  We simply follow your body's directions, trusting that it knows best.

We gently calm your nervous system by activating your vagus nerve, bringing your sympathetic fight/flight/freeze reaction to stress into balance with your peaceful relaxed parasympathetic state of BEing.  

We then tune in to the flow of energy within each of your meridians which are energy pathways to specific organs (liver, kidneys, etc) and to individual systems (respiratory, digestive, etc). 

We support your body to optimize this flow by either sedating or strengthening as needed into comfortable healthy balance with each other. Additional energy and healing intentions are directed to areas of chronic dis-ease and/or other presented concerns or issues. This might include your spine adjusting its vertebrae into more comfortable positions of alignment thus releasing resulting contraction and compression. Related tension and pain begins to ease. If there is an issue that cannot respond to our support we communicate more directly, engaging your unconscious awareness of it, into resolution. You may or may not feel this activity in your body. The process of healing is not reliant on your mind noticing what is happening in your body. Only on your intention for healing to happen. You may even fall asleep if your physical body is tired. The result is a return to more balance and harmony, with a deeper sense of well-being and relaxation. A simple, gently effective, painless process resulting in more optimal health and well Being.​
